Horizon Smokers 20 Inch Ranger Smoker
Possibly the most versatile BBQ smoker ever created. This unit allows you to do 3 different types of cooking all at the same time. The offset firebox contains a charcoal grill perfect for grilling steaks and burgers. The horizontal BBQ chamber can maintain the ideal barbecuing temperature of 250 degrees for hours. This is the perfect spot for cooking ribs, brisket, pork roasts and chicken. The vertical slow smoking chamber cooks at temperatures from 160 to 200 degrees. Perfect for sausage, fish, turkey, jerky and even cheese. All horizon BBQ smokers are made from new structural steel pipe. This 1/4 inch thick, heavy duty pipe is guaranteed against burnout. There is a 10 year Warranty on the welding structure. Also, lifetime on the burnout of the firebox. The diameter of the steel pipe is 20". The horizontal cooking chamber is 44" long. The firebox is 22" long. The vertical smoking chamber is 51" tall and has three removable round shelves. There is also a hanging rod in the top of the vertical chamber.
